How to get tax and duty payments back?
When encountering duty and tax charges during shipment, please ensure that the payment is prepaid as it is the responsibility of the receiver. Retain the payment receipt and forward it to our customer support at lights@thehouselighfs.com. We will promptly reimburse you for the duty and tax expenses incurred. However, please be aware that the return order does not refund the tax fee.
Your order is monitored every step of the way using DPD, or FedEx tracking. We will email your tracking number within a few hours after processing your order.

This has got to be the best lights I’ve ever purchased. When you buy a new build, it’s your responsibility to put in proper lighting and replace the dangling irritants that all new builds come with. I’d originally had a slightly smaller but shockingly more expensive fixture for my large kitchen diner but decided to replace with something more wow. Was this light fixture wow? Yes!!! Great price. Amazing customer service too. Now I want to change every light in the house!

A few extra notes: I bought the gold/brass version with the glass shade, and the LED light shown in the photo is one I ordered from Amazon: LED G9, 13W, Cool Light 6000K For anyone who prefers cooler white light, this bulb works wonderfully with these lobed glass shades. It adds a soft golden tone to the room and creates a luxurious, stylish atmosphere.

Beautiful light so pleased. Tricky to assemble so we had to get our electrician to do it but think he found it quite easy.
Lovely chandelier, very stylish! You would need a professional person to install this as it’s not very straightforward and lots of cables to connect. It would be great for the manufacturer to review this aspect. Otherwise great design and for sure it will make an impact in your room. Bought one for the dining room and liked it so much that I will buy another one for the living room as well. Would have liked the option to have a shorter attachment but it’s what it is I guess. Bonus point it’s dimmable so can be controlled from the main switch - make sure you have the right wattage supports for this as it’s lots of lights.
